Mazzard Farm is proud to announce a partnership with Devon’s highly rated Fine & Country Lifestyle, offering various courses helping you make your own delicious food products.
A fun, informative and hands on day course to produce some delicious festive treats. Great to serve over a dinner party, or to give as Foodie gifts.
The course is run by Carolyn Bellinger, a local artisan food producer. Carolyn and her husband Paul run two food businesses – Devon Spotted Pig and Fine Country Lifestyle. All their products are homemade, using mainly their own produce and rare breed free range pigs.
A typical course day can cover:
- Pork Rilletts – a delicious potted pork
- St Clements & Cinnamon Orange Juice
- Apple & Cider Chutney
- Persian Orange Relish
- Sweet Pickled Cherries
- Moroccan Pickled Vegetables
- Mini Cheese Scones and Smoked Salmon and Dill Tartlets
Packaging and labelling the products you produce will also feature. The one day course will includes a lunch of all the delicious things you are preparing, a complete set of recipes and goodie bag to take home.
Courses include 2 nights stay at Mazzard Farm (longer stays can be arranged, for those who wish to combine the course with a longer Devon break), and are open to both individuals and groups. From £199 per person on a Self Catering basis.
