Mazzard Farm is really excited about our partnership with well-known chefs Tim Maddams and Robin Rea. Ex- River Cottage and TV chef Tim Maddams is teaming up with fellow chef and artisan charcutier Robin Rea to offer food-minded guests a culinary adventure over the course of your stay with us.

Over a three-night stay at Mazzard Farm, course participants will have the unique opportunity to hone and develop their cookery skills, both in and out of the kitchen. You’ll have one day with Robin, learning the art of pork butchery, curing and smoking at his exclusive restaurant the Rusty Pig in Ottery St. Mary. The next day will offer the chance, weather permitting, to go out foraging for wild food with Tim, culminating in a bespoke game cookery lesson back at Mazzard Farm.

This is promising to be really exciting and fun event, and we will make sure we throw in a few memorable surprises too!
