Pippin Cottage
Pippin Cottage offers the highest level of space, luxury and comfort. The cottage has a stylish open-aspect kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and living area, opening up through French doors onto the courtyard. At the lower level, Pippin has oak flooring and underfloor heating. The bathroom, with full size bath and power shower and separate WC is on the ground floor. Both double bedrooms are one level up. Neighbouring Pippin and Medlar cottages are near-identical twins and back on to our lovely orchard, offering countless options for play and relaxation.
The Bedrooms
Pippin has one large king size bedroom and a second bedroom with two singles. This room can also be made into a king size depending on who you’ll be visiting Mazzard Farm with. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor.
Living Area
Downstairs you’ll find semi-open plan living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen comes with a fridge (with 3* freezer compartment) and a dishwasher. Flooring on the lower level is oak (with underfloor heating), with wool carpets on the upper level and in the bedrooms (with radiator heating).
