Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy in which pressure is applied through the fingers to minute reflex points in and around the feet. The reflex points correspond to organs, systems and structures within the entire body. It is a method in which a state of balance is achieved by encouraging the body to work more effectively. By stimulating the reflex points, your body is encouraged to improve circulation, eliminate toxins and waste restoring the flow of energy. Maternity Reflexology available on request.
A full body massage, tailored to your individual needs, helping to reduce stress, tension and fatigue, leaving you with a total sense of relaxation and wellbeing. The massage can be soothing and relaxing or invigorating and deep, depending on what you prefer. A full body massage will take one hour.
A facial massage combining Anma techniques – which means rubbing and Acupressure techniques – which concentrates on specific acupressure points. It works specifically & precisely with the skin muscles and meridians to achieve a balance. The benefits include improving lymphatic circulation, removal and rejuvenation of cells, tightening & toning the skin and relaxing of muscles. Treatment takes 45 minutes.
A rejuvenating back treatment, which includes body brushing, an exfoliating salt scrub and moisturising back wrap, finished with a gentle massage. Treatment takes 30 minutes
Allow your feet some well deserved rest by pampering them in a stimulating foot spa. The infusions added to the warm water will encourage any tension in your body to be released in a natural way. It improves circulation in the legs, stimulates lymphatic drainage, helps remove toxins, improves sleep, reduces stress and relieves headache.
Thermal Auricular Therapy (also known as Hopi Ear Candles) is a pleasant and non-invasive treatment of the ears, used to treat a variety of conditions. These ear candles induce a revitalising heat upon the head and ears, which soothes, relieves and relaxes. Ear Candles are widely used by GP’s in countries like Germany for ENT problems, as an alternative to antibiotics, syringing and grommets.
