At Mazzard Farm we regularly host families who are house hunting in the area. If you’re needing to make multiple visits during that process, we’re able to offer a comfortable yet affordable place to stay during that time. If you’re a parent with children at school age, you will know that it has become increasingly difficult to get any time off outside the regulated holidays. If your school has an inset day scheduled, get in touch as we may be able to give you an extra night free of charge (subject to availability), and / or allow for early check in / late check out, at no additional fee. Usually available between October and April.

Staying two weeks at Mazzard Farm makes a huge amount of sense. There is so much to do and see locally you'll find time flies by! Quote TwoWeeks and you'll get 10% of the price of the second week.

We are really fortunate to have a large number of 'regulars' at Mazzard Farm; people who have stayed with us twice or more. Some families have stayed more than 10 times already!

Needless to say we are hugely appreciative of such loyalty and we therefore reward return bookings as follows:

Any 3rd, 4th or 5th Stay qualifies for a 5% discount.
From the 6th stay onwards, we add a percent to each time you stay, so 6% for the 6th stay, 7% for the 7th, and so on.

There is NO upper limit to this!

The main reason we sometimes run a Special Offer is marketing: it allows us to put a message on the Social Channels or Newsletter. For that reason there are a few important points to consider:

- Please mention the Special Offer you are after at the time of enquiring/booking
- Sorry, we cannot retrospectively apply a Special Offer after you have booked
- Only one offer can be applied per booking. So if at any time we are running more than one offer, please ensure you select the one that best works for you
- All Special Offers are subject to availability, can at times be applicable to just one or more of our cottages, and can be withdrawn at any moment
- Each cottage has a minimum price at which we can offer the cottage, simply as after us paying VAT, cleaning, linen, energy and other fixed costs, we would otherwise rent out at a loss. In the rare occasion this were to happen, your discount may be slightly less than advertised.
