Like any holiday business, we are very busy during large parts of the year, yet in some months of the year we are less likely to be fully sold out. It is during these months, usually between late September and late March, that we can offer you a few extra's, or in selected cases a small reduction on your fees. To qualify for any of the Offers listed below, we would ask you to mention these at the time of enquiring/booking, and we would ask that you tell us how you heard about Mazzard Farm.
Autumn Midweek
Book a 4-night midweek break in September - Mid December, and benefit from a £50 discount if you quote AUTUMNMIDWEEK. Stays from Monday - Friday, 3 nts minimum. Subject to Availability.
Two-week Stay
Staying two weeks at Mazzard Farm makes a huge amount of sense. There is so much to do and see locally you'll find time flies by! Quote TwoWeeks and you'll get 10% of the price of the second week.
Baby's First Holiday
The past two years have been strange times. And even more so if you became parents for the first time! So for you we have this special offer. Book a 4-night, Monday - Friday midweek stay in one of Mazzard Farm's gorgeously comfortable cottages, quote BabysFirst, and get £50 off the regular fee. Valid in September - June.
East Devon House Hunters offer
At Mazzard Farm we regularly host families who are house hunting in the area. If you’re needing to make multiple visits during that process, we’re able to offer a comfortable yet affordable place to stay during that time. If you’re needing a place to stay during your house hunting efforts please contact us direct and we can discuss a special offer that fits your situation.
‘Inset Day' offer
If you’re a parent with children at school age, you will know that it has become increasingly difficult to get any time off outside the regulated holidays. If your school has an inset day scheduled, get in touch as we may be able to give you an extra night free of charge (subject to availability), and / or allow for early check in / late check out, at no additional fee. Usually available between October and April.
Club Mazzard Farm
We are really fortunate to have a large number of 'regulars' at Mazzard Farm; people who have stayed with us twice or more. Some families have stayed more than 10 times already!
Needless to say we are hugely appreciative of such loyalty and we therefore reward return bookings as follows:
Any 3rd, 4th or 5th Stay qualifies for a 5% discount.
From the 6th stay onwards, we add a percent to each time you stay, so 6% for the 6th stay, 7% for the 7th, and so on.
There is NO upper limit to this!
