Coldharbour Farm Shop
The shop, just 5 minutes walk from Mazzard Farm is a real favourite with guests. It offers a whole range of fresh food and drinks, incl. local fruit and veg, bread, milk and cakes. Coldharbour Farm Shop can also provide Frozen Ready Meals, cooked from scratch in their own kitchen.

Rabbit & Co - Greengrocers and Delicatessen
Rabbit & Co has two shops in Ottery, next to one another in the middle of town. One is a brilliant Fruit & Veg shop, the other a Delicatessen & Cheese shop. Their produce is simply out of this world in terms of quality and taste. And they deliver! Look them up.

Ottery based Christopher Piper Wines has, for many decades now, been the number one wine merchant in the west country, supplying every single top restaurant with Wine and Spirits.

Chunk Pasties and Pies
One of the best kept secrets around: the best pasties come from... Ottery St Mary. And it's not just us saying so; they've won more awards than you can shake a stick at, incl. 'Best Cornish Pasty' some time back. This caused so much uproar in Cornwall that they immediately changed the rules and started excluding entries from outside Cornwall.

Otter Brewery
If you've been to the West Country before, you will have seen Otter Beer on tap. With their brewery located some 10 miles north of Mazzard Farm, in the beautiful Blackdown Hills (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), Otter is our local brewery.
And their beers are fab! Our favourites are Otter Amber and Otter Bright, but just have a look at the collection and take your pick!
Venton's Cider
Just 9.4 miles north west of Mazzard Farm, this East Devon Real Cyder producer won Gold Medals at 2019 Devon County Show, Royal Cornwall Show, Royal Bath & West and CAMRA.
Made traditionally and simply with fresh pressed local apples and fermented with wild yeast, this multi award winning local cyder is available in either ‘still’ draught containers or ‘sparkling’ bottles. There are also a couple fruit flavoured options.
