Mazzard Farm's cottages offer what you would expect in any self catering holiday cottage, i.e. a fully fitted and equiped kitchen, living and dining areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a laundry room for use by all, a huge information/books/dvd library, etc. Furthermore, we can offer any baby and toddler equipment you may require, free of charge. Finally, as per november 2021, we now also offer EV Car charging on site.

When it comes to outdoors space our guests are blessed with 17 acres of grounds. If the sun is shining we’ve got a number of great BBQ spots (we’ll even provide the BBQ) including a Tipi and fire pit in the woods, whilst there’s plenty of the orchard, garden and our own woods to explore too! If you’re looking to enjoy a glass of wine or a cool drink outside, our courtyard is the perfect place to read your morning paper with a coffee or relax after a day out in the sunshine.

We have two children’s play areas; one with a trampoline and baby swing, whilst the other has a large ‘pirate castle’, swings, slide and football pitch. If they want to get on their bike then we’re able to supply outdoor ride-on toys and scooters. You can hire bikes and child seats nearby for those wanting to travel a little further. If the weather is hot we’ll almost definitely get the paddling pool out too!

The animals are a big part of the family at Mazzard Farm. You’ll be able to meet our resident Pygmy Goats, chickens, ducks, pigs and horses during your stay. They're based just a short walk from the cottages, so are always on hand for a little entertainment and always enjoy a good feed from our guests in the mornings! If you're looking to enjoy a rural holiday or are just a lover of animals, you'll soon grow very attached of our animals.

If you’re wanting to really relax during your stay how does a beauty or spa treatment in your cottage sound? We can provide you with a range of individual treatments that will see your stresses simply melt away. If there is a group of you, we can put together, in close dialogue with you, a complete Pamper Session, allowing you and your friends some quality time together, whilst two or three therapists (depending on the size of your party) provide a range of 20-minute sessions.
