We stayed in Pippin cottage, and had a wonderful time. The kitchen facilities are great and there was a lovely four person dining table to sit around at dinner time. The living room was cosy and we borrowed a couple of films from the communal DVD library. Ruud popped around at one point with scones, cream and jam for all of us – delicious. Well worth a trip – it’s a lovely part of the world to see, and Mazzard Farm is the perfect base to explore it from.

When we arrived the owners had very kindly upgraded us to a bigger cottage (Pippin) which opened onto the courtyard so that our daughter had easy access to the communal toys. She loved the trampoline, slide and the farm animals which were all very close to the accommodation

We had a short break at Pippin Cottage in half term and we’re delighted with the warmth and comfortable space. The Cottage has a bright open kitchen and dining space which we loved. Every amenity is to hand, and some you haven’t thought of. The laundry and courtyard are packed with everything from children’s toys to sausages! A really delightful stay, thank you.
