Wonderful location, tucked away less than 5 mins in the car from Ottery St Mary. With the seaside towns of Exmouth, Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Beer, Seaton, and Lyme Regis all within a relatively short distance it makes an excellent base for exploring this end of the Jurassic coast, and East Devon / West Dorset.
